The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis opens the 2014-2015 Studio Theatre series with A Kid Like Jake Jake by Daniel Pearle and directed by Seth Gordon. This moving production will be performed in the Emerson Studio Theatre of the Loretto-Hilton center for the Performing Arts, 130 Edgar Road (on the campus of Webster University), Webster Groves, October 29-November 16, 2014.

The 2014 Planet Connections Theatre Festivity Awards Show will take place on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theater (405 West 55th Street).

Just after today's news that Annie Baker's THE FLICK is being honored with the 2014 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, The New York Times reports that the drama will return to New York City at the Barrow Street Theatre 'in the near future', according to a spokesman for producer Scott Rudin.

Playwright Jon Robin Baitz has crafted an engaging an entertaining dramatic work with his play, OTHER DESERT CITIES. This isn't your typical 'coming home for the holidays' type of story, and the emotional toll that it takes on its characters resonates. Originally set to play a limited engagement through Sunday, March 31, the production has extended to Sunday, April 7 at Playwrights Horizons' Mainstage Theater (416 West 42nd Street).

Juilliard's Drama Division announces the complete schedule for its 2011-2012 season of fully-staged productions featuring students in their fourth and final year of acting training at Juilliard. This season's plays include Arthur Miller's All My Sons, directed by Harris Yulin, October 19-23; Juilliard alumnus Nathan Jackson's Broke-ology, directed by Kent Gash, November 10-14; and Noel Coward's Hay Fever, directed by Dakin Matthews, December 8-12. The Drama Division is led by James Houghton, Richard Rodgers Director of Drama.
