York Symphony Orchestra's Music Director to Offer Season Preview at Central Market

Lawrence Golan, music director and conductor of the York Symphony Orchestra and Ken Osowski, associate professor and coordinator of piano and music theory studies at York College of Pennsylvania will offer a sneak peek performance of the 2016-2017 season for the public at Central Market in York on Saturday, August 13.

The preview will take place from 10 a.m. to noon. Accompanying him at market will be Ken Osowski, associate professor and coordinator of piano and music theory studies at York College of Pennsylvania.

The pair will perform four, 15 to 20 minute sets on the violin and piano starting at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. These performances will showcase pieces that Maestro Golan will perform with the York Symphony Orchestra throughout the 2016-2017 season, A Musical Journey Through Time.

Central Market is located at 34 W Philadelphia St, York, PA 17401.
