In Some Favourite Things at Ukaria (formerly Ngeringi) distinguished mezzo soprano Elizabeth Campbell, accompanied by pianist David Barnard, will give the first in a series of recitals.

Elizabeth Campbell, one of Australia's most distinguished mezzo-sopranos, regularly performs leading roles for all the Australian opera companies, symphony orchestras and major concert organisations. She has performed many times at the Coriole Festival; Barossa Festival and in Adelaide's two Ring Cycles, and is a regular performer with State Opera of SA.

Well known for her extensive concert and operative performances Elizabeth Campbell has acquired an extensive repertoire which she is looking forward to revisiting in this new series.

Some Favourite Things will include works by Bach, Handel, Brahms and some English and Spanish songs.

David Barnard is a well known accompanist and répétiteur having worked for many years with various companies in England including The D'Oyly Carte/G&S Opera Company. In Australia he has worked with most major companies including Opera Australia and State Opera of South Australia. Most recently he and Elizabeth Campbell presented a recital at the Elder Hall.
