Pianists Paul Barnes and Alexander Djordjevic will celebrate one of the most influential music makers of our time, American composer Philip Glass, with a concert on Sunday, October 4th at 3:00 pm at PianoForte Studios, 1335 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60605.

The program will feature solo piano excerpts from Trilogy Sonata (2000), Orphée Suite for Piano (2000), the Piano Etudes, as well as the complete "Four Movements for Two Pianos," (2008).

Deemed "ferociously virtuosic" by the San Francisco Chronicle, Paul Barnes electrifies audiences with his intensely expressive playing. Chicagoan Alexander Djordjevic, known for his elegant and expressive yet powerful playing, has been declared by the Washington Post "a constant infusion of original insight."

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at www.pianofortefoundation.org/concert/philip-glass-for-two-pianos.
