Gracing center-stage at The Grand 1894 Opera House, Fathers Eugene and Martin O'Hagan and Father David Delargy- aka The Priests, blend their tenor and baritone voices to sing beautiful traditional hymns and classical pieces from Hayden and Vivaldi. Sponsored by Texas Commission on the Arts, Texas First Bank, Texas First Mortgage and Rust-Ewing Insurance, The Priests will present one unforgettable exhilarating performance Sunday, December 1 at 4pm. This performance is part of Galveston's Passport to Holiday Magic activities and events.

Years ago in Northern Ireland, two brothers- Eugene and Martin O'Hagan- met David Delargy, became friends and began singing together. Truly a match made in heaven, all three decided to enter the priesthood and wound up at the same seminary. A mutual friend recorded a demo that luckily landed in the hands of Epic Records. They were signed immediately and produced their debut album The Priests.

The purity, warmth, and authenticity of their voices convey their prayerful love of God. Their awe-inspiring concerts have taken them around the world, soothing the troubled spirit and feeding the hungry soul. Album #1, Noel, debuted at #3 on the U.S. Top Classical Albums Chart and #18 on the Top Christian Albums Chart. Classic hymns such as "Ava Maria", "Panis Angelicus", "Be Still My Soul", as well a newer piece- "Benedictus" are certain to fill your heart with comfort and hope.

This performance is one of over 1,000 magical events taking place during this holiday season on Galveston Island.
