How do vibrations become sounds, and sounds become music? Find out by getting up close and personal with the instruments of your A2SO! The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra's Instrument Petting Zoo provides hands-on fun with musical instruments! With the help of trained "zookeepers," kids get the chance to bow a violin, pluck a cello, buzz into a trombone, or wiggle their fingers on a flute. It's a noisy good time for the whole family.

Look for the A2SO Instrument Petting Zoo at events in your community this summer:

  • Tuesday and Wednesday, June 24 and 25: DPTV's Kids Club Live at the Royal Oak Farmers Market, 9 am - 5 pm
