The Detroit Symphony Orchestra knows you'll be eating Thanksgiving leftovers at least until Monday, so what better way to accompany your Sunday turkey lunch but a live performance of the world premiere of David Del Tredici's only opera, Dum Dee Tweedle.

The largest and last of Del Tredici's works based on Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, this chipper opera in 10 scenes is a delightful way to conclude your holiday weekend.

For a taste, click to see a portion of the DSO performing another Del Tredici Alice work, Final Alice.

Watch the entire performance free on Sun., Dec. 1 at 3pm here: dso.org/live. For more information, find the DSO on Facebook: facebook.com/detroitsymphony, on the DSO to Go app, and on Roku with the Livestream app.
