Icicle Creek Center for the Arts presents its treasured festival - the International Chamber Music Festival, July 7 -27, 2013. Only a week away, this much anticipated annual festival is always filled with unforgettable musical experiences.

This year's festival will feature seven concerts, starting with the Opening Gala, on Sunday, July 7th at 8pm in the new Snowy Owl Theater. This special kick-off concert will present world premiere of a piece written especially for the occasion by jazz pianist, David Deacon-Joyner (Timeless Voice of Women Poets for Mezzo-Soprano and Piano), supported by a grant from Artist Trust.

In addition to the masterfully presented concerts by internationally renowned artists, the festival will include FREE student concerts and masterclasses, all part of Icicle Creek's commitment to education of young artists.

Some new elements to this year's festival include:

Adding one more week, making the Festival three weeks long.
Using two acoustically perfect and visually stunning venues: the new Snowy Owl Theater and Canyon Wren Recital Hall.
Offering a new "Festival Pass" that will allow purchasers to attend all SEVEN concerts and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine at each performance.
July 19th concert will feature a special guest appearance by Northwest Public Radio's Robin Rilette who will emcee the evening.
