Last night's second season finale of TELEMUNDO's highly-rated Super Series “Señora Acero” ranked as the #1 broadcast program, regardless of language, at 10pm among adults 18-49 and 18-34. Starring Blanca Soto, the Super Series delivered 2,650,000 total viewers, 1,500,000 adults 18-49 and 733,000 adults 18-34, according to Nielsen. During its second season run, TELEMUNDO averaged 1,129,000 adults 18-49 and 565,000 adults 18-34 ranking as the #1 Spanish broadcast network in the Monday-Friday 10pm hour with “Señora Acero” outperforming Univision among these key demos.“Señora Acero” illustrates the innovative concept of the TELEMUNDO SUPER SERIES – faster paced, action-packed and shorter scripted drama series designed to return for multiple seasons, placing TELEMUNDO at the forefront of Spanish-language television in the United States.

AMC announced today from the Television Critics Association (TCA) Press Tour the network's 2016 spring premiere dates for new and returning original series. For the first time ever, AMC will launch a fourth night of original programming on Tuesdays beginning this April with the debut of the highly anticipated miniseries event “The Night Manager.” Last year, AMC became home to the top four cable series launches of all time among adults 18-49 in live+3 ratings, with “Fear the Walking Dead” at #1, “Better Call Saul” at #2, “Into the Badlands” at #3 and “The Walking Dead” at #4.

AMC announced today from the Television Critics Association (TCA) Press Tour that “Feed the Beast” (previously announced as “Broke”) will begin production in New York City in February 2016. A co-production between AMC Studios and Lionsgate, the series is based on the Danish series “Bankerot” and will be adapted by writer/showrunner Clyde Phillips (“Dexter,” “Nurse Jackie”), who also serves as executive producer. “Feed the Beast” is a drama about two best friends who take one last shot at their dream of opening a restaurant. The 10 one-hour episodes are set to premiere in May 2016.
