Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) in association with David Pugh & Dafydd Rogers and Cineworld has announced the full Broadway company for Kneehigh Theatre's production of Noël Coward's Brief Encounter, adapted and directed by Emma Rice.

In our first official season since changing our name to Texas Performing Arts, we aspire to present programming that, 'more intentionally aligns with the academic mission of the University of Texas, increases student arts participation and engagement, and leverages our relationships with other community based arts and cultural organizations,' according to Texas Performing Arts Director and Associate Dean Kathy Panoff.

In celebration of Gryc's sixtieth birthday and 30th year of teaching at The Hartt School, the concert will include works composed during each of the past four decades, from the Five Preludes for Flute Alone of 1979 to the String Quartet of 2005. Admission is free.

The Principal Brass of the New York Philharmonic has enjoyed worldwide exposure and reputation and is now coming to Riverspace to present Popular Favorites on Tuesday, May 26 at 7:30 p.m.. The quintet is performing for the first time on stage in Rockland County and the program will include popular favorites such as 'The Thieving Magpie Overture' by Rossini to standards like 'Take Five' and 'New York, New York.'

On July 10th, The League of Gentlemen's Steve Pemberton joined the cast of the London production of the five-time Tony Award winning The Drowsy Chaperone to play Man in Chair

The London production of The Drowsy Chaperone, which opened at the Novello Theatre on May 14th, will have its final performance on Saturday, August 4th 2007, following a decision made by the producers.

The League of Gentlemen's Steve Pemberton will join the cast of the London production of the five-time Tony Award winning The Drowsy Chaperone to play Man in Chair. Pemberton will take over from Bob Martin on Tuesday 10 July.
