Ryan Gosling's directorial debut, HOW TO CATCH A MONSTER, set to star Christina Hendricks in the lead role, has just landed itself another leading lady. Saoirse Ronan has also signed on for the film, according to Screen Daily. In addition, DOCTOR WHO'S Matt Smith, Eva Mendes, and Ben Mendelsohn have also signed deals to come aboard.

Ryan Gosling's directorial debut, HOW TO CATCH A MONSTER, will star Christina Hendricks in the lead role. Marc Platt and Adam Siegel will produce on behalf of Marc Platt Productions, along with Ryan Gosling via his Phantasma Films banner, and Michel Litvak and David Lancaster via the Bold Films banner.

Dead Writers Theatre Collective is proud to announce its inaugural production, Noel Coward's The Vortex, directed by Jim Schneider, July 20 - August 26, at the Greenhouse Theater Complex, 2257 North Lincoln Ave. Preview performances are Thursday, July 12 - Saturday, July 14 at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, July 15 at 2:30 p.m. and Thursday, July 19 at 7:30 p.m.
