In an interview with TVGuide.com yesterday, actor Darnell Williams revealed that he has joined the cast of the CBS daytime drama THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. He will make his first appearance onthe show on Monday, February 20th.

THE 38TH ANNUAL DAYTIME EMMY® AWARDS will be broadcast Sunday, June 19 (8:00-10:00 PM live ET/delayed PT) from the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas on the CBS Television Network. On Monday, March 9th, 2009 stars from ABC?s ?All My Children,? ?One Life to Live,? and ?General Hospital? performed at the 5th Annual ABC Daytime and SOAPnet Salutes Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS benefit at Town Hall in New York City. The annual event raised an all time record of $330,000 bringing the cumulative total to nearly $1.5 million dollars since the shows inception in 2005.
