The Society of London Theatre announced Friday 26 February, that this year's Laurence Olivier Awards will be shown live via www.olivierawards.co.uk. The video below contains a promo for the upcoming awards, and will automatically update to also include video coverage of the Nominees Lunch late on Tuesday 2nd March (at some point after 7pm GMT) and then finally a highlights video of the ceremony itself on Monday 22nd March (around 9am GMT).

Lionsgate (NYSE:LGF), the leading independent filmed entertainment studio and Twisted Pictures announced today that many of the top rock musicians were enlisted to record music for the Repo! The Genetic Opera soundtrack. Principal photography for the film was completed last month in Toronto, Canada. The film was stars Paul Sorvino, Paris Hilton, Alexa Vega, Anthony Head, Bill Moseley, Sarah Brightman and Kevin Ogilvie.

The complete music for the up-coming Tim Burton movie-musical adaptation of Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd is available now for Pre-Order on Amazon.com. The 2-CD complete soundtrack features bonus content in a specially-packaged deluxe edition with bound booklet. The soundtrack is set for release December 18, 2007 under the Wea/Atlantic/Nonesuch label.
