The score will be available. Accompanist will be provided; no acapella auditions

Breakdown

LITTLE COSETTE (age 7 to 11 years) is Cosette as a child and the ward of the Thenardiers, who force her into slavery at their inn. She is a trembling little creature, underfed, beaten by Madame Thenardier and bullied by Eponine, but very sweet despite her circumstances. Height maximum of 54”. Range: A (below middle C) to C. Prepare 16 bars of a ballad or “Castle on a Cloud” from Les Miz.

LITTLE EPONINE (age 7 to 11 years) is the pampered daughter of the Thenardiers and a spoiled brat who taunts Little Cosette. The role requires no singing or speaking, but please prepare 16 bars of a personality. Height maximum of 54”.

GAVROCHE (age 8 to 11 years) is a willful, cocky, charismatic boy who lives on the street and hangs out with the ABC gang. Considers himself the leader of the streets. He is brave and witty. Think a young Artful Dodger. He has a dramatic death at the barricade. Height maximum of 58”. Range: B (below middle C) to G, prepare a feisty musical theatre song, “Little People”, or the character’s solo segment of “Look Down” from Les Miz.
