Seeking
Male and female Equity actors who dance for Developmental Lab production of the new musical, GOTTA DANCE, based on the 2008 documentary of the same name.

Preparation
Be prepared to dance. Females should bring character heels and flats. Males should bring sneakers. After dancing, you may be asked to sing 16 bars of a contemporary musical theatre song or pop song. Bring sheet music; a piano accompanist will be provided. Bring a photo and resume stapled together.

[ANTHONY] Male, 20s, African-American. Tall and sexy. The boyfriend of Kendra (assistant dance coach) and the star of the basketball team. A player, but a smooth talker. Strong dancer and singer. ENSEMBLE
[FERNANDO] Male, 20s, Latino. Tall and sexy. He is dating Camilla (a fiery ''Latin from Manhattan'' who loves to date younger men) and loves to salsa dance with her. Has a ''butt you can bounce a coin off of.'' Strong dancer and singer. ENSEMBLE
