The New Group presents the world premiere of Clive, written by Jonathan Marc Sherman and directed by and featuring Ethan Hawke in the title role. Bradley Cooper, best known for his appearances in Hollywood hits including 'The Hangover' series and 'Limitless,' may return to Broadway. The actor - who made his Broadway debut in 2006's THREE DAYS OF RAIN - starred as John Merrick in THE ELEPHANT MAN at Williamstown Theatre Festival this summer, and tells Entertainment Weekly this week that he still plans to reprise the role on the Great White Way.

Last night, Thursday February 18, The New Group opened Sam Shepard's A Lie of the Mind, directed by Ethan Hawke, as the second production in its 2009-2010 season. This production plays a limited Off-Broadway engagement through March 20 at The New Group at Theatre Row. This production marks the first New York revival since the play's 1985 award-winning debut.
