The Drama Desk Award-winning Celebrity Autobiography performed in San Francisco on February 9 and 10 at Marines' Memorial Theatre as part of SF Sketchfest. For the show's fifth visit to SF Sketchfest, co-creators Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel were joined by Maria Bamford (Comedians of Comedy) (Sunday only), Roger Bart ('Desperate Housewives'), Jennifer Coolidge (Best in Show) (Saturday only), Rachel Dratch ('Saturday Night Live'), Janeane Garafalo ('The Ben Stiller Show'), Andy Kindler (Sunday only), Laraine Newman ('Saturday Night Live'), Maya Rudolph ('Up All Night') (Saturday only) and Fred Willard (Waiting For Guffman).
Stefanie Powers to Replace Valerie Harper in National Tour of LOOPED

Emmy Award nominee Stefanie Powers will now play the role of legendary actress Tallulah Bankhead on the national tour of LOOPED. She replaces Valerie Harper, who was advised by doctors to take an immediate medical leave after having recently been hospitalized; she has flown back to Los Angeles with her husband Tony Cacciotti where she will receive continuing treatment and medical care.

Four-time Emmy Award-winner and Tony Award nominee Valerie Harper returns to Hartford to kick off the National Tour of Matthew Lombardo's madcap comedy LOOPED, tonight, January 24-February 6, 2013 at The Belding Theatre at The Bushnell. The original Broadway production will again be directed by Rob Ruggiero.

The Picture Show at Bay Street Theatre, sponsored by Peconic Landing continues with classic films this winter and spring. All films start at 8 pm. Tickets are $7 at the door and include a small box of popcorn. The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) has announced that Broadway veterans Jason Alexander ("Seinfeld," Jerome Robbins' Broadway) and Tovah Feldshuh (Golda's Balcony, Irena's Vow) will star in the season opener of the Winter 2013 Musicals in Mufti Series: Two By Two, with Book by Peter Stone, Lyrics by Martin Charnin and Music by the legendary Richard Rodgers.
