National New Play Network, the country's alliance of nonprofit theaters that champions the development, production, and continued life of new plays, celebrates the initial success of the Rolling World Premiere (RWP) of Relativity by Mark St. Germain as Riverside Theatre (Iowa City, IA,) presents its RWP production through April 30.

Florida Repertory Theatre's 2017 PlayLab Festival of new plays and emerging voices plays in the Historic Arcade and ArtStage Studio Theatres April 27-30. After two successful nights in 2016, Ben Rimalower will return to both New York and Los Angeles with his acclaimed long-running solo plays, PATTI ISSUES (about his obsession with Broadway diva Patti LuPone and his relationship with his troubled gay father) and BAD WITH MONEY (about how an addiction to spending beyond his means has driven him to extreme lengths all his life). New York performances will be at The Duplex (61 Christopher Street at Seventh Avenue) on Sunday, February 19 and Sunday, March 19. Los Angeles performances will be Casita Del Campo's Cavern Club Celebrity Theater (1920 Hyperion Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90027) on Friday, March 3 and Saturday, March 4. Tickets are available separately and for the combined evening of both shows.
