Moreland Theatre Stages TWO PAIRS OF SHORTS at The Butterfly Club Tonight

Are you a theatrephile or a theatre novice? Can you sustain your attention on a single program for an entire hour, or do you flick from YouTube video to YouTube video? Whether the former, or the latter, "Two Pairs of Shorts" is bound to engage, excite & entertain!

The Butterfly Club & Moreland Theatre Company are proud to present four short plays from two of Melbourne's finest writers. Following a successful season in New York; we bring you "Disposition" by Evangelos Arabatzis, and his drama "Months" making its world premiere here in Melbourne. Matt O'Reilly presents his Crash Test award-winning play "Stations", and premiering his newest comedy "Boot."

Kelly is trapped in a car boot with her ex's best mate. An envelope gives three English gentlemen pause for thought. Two women try to connect after months apart... and what's with all the pies? An hour of comedy, drama, Pinteresque pauses and psychopathic petrol station attendants. Something for everyone, what's not to like? This is running for a limited season -- book now to avoid FOMO!

Moreland Theatre Company was established in 1990. Their proud 26 year history is undescored by a commitment to developing and presenting the ideas and potential of all those interested in theatre. Every year, the company produce a season of new works, which supports new and unknown writers, directors, actors and creative crew. Two Pairs Of Shorts! is their latest offering, which perfectly encapsulates their focus on supporting arts practitioners and helping them to find new audiences for their work.
