It is a sci-fi story about love that defies the space time continuum. A young journalist from the romantic era of John Keats and his literary circle passes through a portal in time, traveling to the present day and falls in love with a young literary professor. The journalist is played by the critically acclaimed/award-winner Ross John Gosla and the young professor by multiple ACTRA Award nominee Michelle Boback.

Metropolis Santa Monica hosts love defies space and time night of music and theatre for one night only on Valentines Day. Coffee with John is an award-winning short story adapted for the first time for stage by writer/director Miranda Spigener-Sapon. It is a sci-fi story about love that defies the space time continuum about a young journalist from romantic era of John Keats and his literary circle that somehow passes through a portal in time, traveling to the present day and falls in love with a young literary professor. The journalist is played by the critically acclaimed/award-winner Ross John Gosla and the young professor by multiple AFTRA Award nominee Michelle Boback.

The Harris Theater for Music and Dance is pleased to announce Imagine the Celebration, the Gala event which will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, hosted by the Harris Theater for Music and Dance and Gala Chairs Jay Franke and David Herro. The internationally renowned Mark Morris Dance Group and Music Ensemble will headline the evening with a performance of Dido and Aeneas. The evening will celebrate the completion of the first phase of the Imagine campaign which made the renovation and expansion of the public space of the Harris Theater possible.
