- Review: LEMPICKA at La Jolla Playhouse Is a Bold and Compelling Musical Portrait - This musical is bold, dynamic, and contemporary, and offers a compelling look at a unique artist as she learns about herself, art, and love. I am so excited to see how it has evolved for Broadway since it was at the La Jolla Playhouse.
- Review: “TL;DR: THELMA LOUISE; A DYKE REMIX” at Diversionary Theatre - Love supporting new work that isn't afraid to push boundaries and be wildly creative. This show had many workshops in NY, including being supported by the Richard Rodgers Award administered by The Academy of Arts and Letters, and was presented at the National Alliance for Musical Theatre’s Festival of New Musicals before premiering in San Diego.
- Review: THE OUTSIDERS at La Jolla Playhouse - Like Lempicka, I love seeing how shows that call San Diego home evolve and perform in New York. This show had some fantastic lighting and choreography, and the rumble is not to be missed.
