There's certainly some improvisation going on in there.

Possibly Sam Wanamaker for his lifetime battle to get the Globe built.

Agree with Scripps 110%. Without that man we would be without two national icons - the Globe and Zoe Wanamaker

I misunderstood that and thought you meant Scripps was single handedly responsible for the Globe and Zoe Wanamaker =D

Hahahaha. Please Miss Sparkles - you've met me - you know I'm not old enough to be responsible for Zoe Wanamaker.

2006, oh how i remember that year fondly. At the age of 15 i won my Olivier award for tackling the parts of Billy in Billy Elliot, Mrs Overall in Acorn Antiques and every role in The Big Life (as well as Mary in Mary Poppins, Max Bialystock in The Producers and Marian Halcombe in The Woman in White the year before, aged 14). The comittee thought it best that because i couldn't go up against myself in the Best Actor/Actress in a Musical, they'd give me the special award straight away. Especiallu after being snubbed at the 2005 Awards!

It's not something i'm proud of, but ya know...where else is there to go after Mary Poppins, The Producers, The Woman in White, Billy Elliot and Acorn Antiques..?
