'Clybourne Park' is to transfer to the West End in the New Year.

The production now on stage at the Royal Court, will play the Wyndams Theatre.
The play deals with the relationship between race and property in the US.

Wyndham’s Theatre, London.
Previews from Jan 28th, 2011
Opening Feb 8th 2011 for a limited 14-week season.

Martin Freeman, who is currently starring in the show at the Royal Court, will not perform in the West End. The cast will include Lorna Brown, Sarah Goldberg and Sam Spruell.
Further casting is yet to be announced.

'Clybourne Park' is directed by Royal Court artistic director Dominic Cooke and will follow 'Enron' and 'Jerusalem' in transferring from the Sloane Square venue into the West End.
It is produced by Royal Court Theatre Productions, Sonia Friedman Productions and Old Vic Productions.

What is the verdict on this one? Is it as good as Jerusalem?

No, but it's worth a look anyway. I tend to see the tragic side of dark comedy very clearly, so odds are good you'll find it much funnier than I did, and the cast are excellent, and I LOVED the set. I'll be interested to see who they get to replace Freeman and Steffan Rhodri.

Nice, I'd be happy to see this one again if it's not too expensive. Great play.
