A sparkling brand new production of the J.B Priestley comedy 'When We Are Married' will hit the West End this winter.

Garrick Theatre
Opening 27th Oct 20th.
Previews from 19th Oct.
Closing 26th Feb 2011.

Starring:
Maureen Lipman as Clara Soppit and Roy Hudd as the photographer Ormonroyd.

The show also features Rosemary Ashe, Lynda Baron , Susie Blake, Michele Dotrice, David Horovitch, Sam Kelly, Simon Rouse .

Set in 1908 in Clecklewyke in the heart of Northern England, three well-to-do West Yorkshire couples, the Parkers, Soppitts and Helliwells, married on the same day, at the same church, and by the same vicar, join to celebrate 25 years of blissful matrimony.
Disaster strikes with the shocking revelation that the vicar who married them wasnít actually licensed, these pillars of the church and the community, arenít as respectably married as they thought they were!

His TV Credits include Archie Shuttleworth in the ITV's 'Coronation Street'

OMG OMG OMG OMG, Not a HUGE fan of this play, however this cast list is a rare opportunity to see soo many acting greats share a stage... IM THERE!

Yes, yes OK its a creaky old staple of the old English rep seasons of the 50s and 50 s but done well this is a lot of fun and well worth seeing.
