This Friday 17th December, Andrew Lloyd Webber will introduce music from THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and LOVE NEVER DIES in a special edition of BBC Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night, the world's longest-running orchestral live music programme on radio.

The show, presented by Ken Bruce, asks ‘Who Was That Masked Man?' and takes listeners on a musical journey from the amphitheatres of Ancient Greece to the Italian Commedia dell'Arte - and, of course, to Coney Island by way of the Paris Opera House - in celebration of masked men on screen, stage and in classical scores.

In the second half of the show, Andrew Lloyd Webber discusses the journey from PHANTOM to LOVE NEVER DIES with Ken Bruce, and Sierra Boggess and Tam Mutu from the London cast of LOVE NEVER DIES perform a selection of songs from the show, accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra.

Listen to the show this Friday 17th December from 8pm on BBC Radio 2.
