Film and Broadway stars Matthew Broderick, Elaine Strich and comedian Jim Breuer will join FOX TV star Sue Costello and other special guests for a storytelling evening at 7pm on Thursday, March 12th in the Penthouse at Barney's NY (61st and Madison Ave).

Conceived and hosted by comedian/actor Sue Costello, the evening is the first in a series that will recreate the intimacy and feeling of an old fashioned artists salon but with the emphasis on comedy and fun. Actors, writers, and comedians will tell stories from their own lives and recall times when hope helped them to overcome their fears.

"I think, with all the bad news and the hard times we're facing, we could use a fun night out filled with laughter and hope," remarked Costello. "I envisioned a beautiful, intimate setting where people could meet and mingle and not only enjoy our celebrity storytellers but also each other. We're all ready for a good laugh "

The event will begin with mingling and cocktails at 7, followed by the show at 8. "I want people to feel like they're guests in my home," quipped Costello, "that is, if I lived in a gorgeous penthouse on top of the poshest store in New York City "
