This gripping tale based on Stephen King’s devilishly dark novel hasn’t been seen much since the 80s, but now the show’s original creators have completely re-imagined and re-invented it, and the result is a riveting piece of gutsy theater about adolescent cruelty and telekinetic revenge. Carrie is an outcast, relentlessly tormented at school by kids who think she’s weird, and at home by her overprotective and religious zealot mother…but when she discovers and unleashes her special destructive powers, everyone had better watch out! Featuring a killer score and a cast of terrifically talented teens from around the state, Carrie, the Musical is part high school, part horror and all the very best of modern musical theater!
