A synthesis of hundreds of folkdance figures and music from different regions, Fire of Anatolia is a unique project whose source is Anatolia’s ancient mythological and cultural history. Produced by Mustafa Erdo?an, the group hopes to introduce the world to the fire thatarises from the ancient mosaic of love, cultural history and peace in Anatolia.
Starting its first world tour in 2002, The Fire of Anatolia has reached to great art-lovers in 85 countries throughout the world from Qatar to Japan, Siberia to United States of America and has met more than 20 million audience with its 3500 performances.
Semah
With the experience of performing on world's best stages, some changes have been made in Evolution show and Semahs, one of the most important inheritance of Anatolian cultural history, were added to the show. A collage was made from all the semah characters from Anatolia and interpreted by Fire of Anatolia. The show includes Sema as a representative of humanism of Semah and the tolerance philosophy of Mevlana.
Caucasian Dance
New Caucasian Dances are also used in Evolution show. The magnificent cultural richness of the people living in the Caucasus were added to the show with both their songs and dances. A collage that includes dances from Da??stan, Abhazya, Gürcistan, Osetya and Alan makes the show more remarkable.
Gypsy Dance
Gypsy dances and culture has a significant place in Fire of Anatolia-Evolution. The culture of these people which is connected passionately to dance and music almost in every region of the world expresses itself in Evolution with its own words.
