Toronto Musical Concerts (TMC) presents a professional staged reading of Mark Hollman and Greg Kotis satirical musical comedy, URINETOWN (The Musical) In Concert.In a Gotham-like city, a 20-year drought causes a terrible water shortage, leading to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. The citizens must use public amenities, regulated by a single malevolent company that profits by charging admission for one of humanity's most basic needs.
