The McCallum Theatre welcomes the sensational a cappella group Voctave, performing its holiday show The Spirit of the Season, on Monday, December 16, at 7:00pm. The show is made possible through the generosity of Harold and Maudella Green.a??a??a??a??a??a??a?? Voctave is an 11-member a cappella group from the Central Florida area known for gorgeous performances of Disney and Broadway hitsa?"as well as beautifully arranged holiday songs. The group formed in the winter of 2015, with roots in the Walt Disney Entertainment worlda?"but the group's range does not stop there. From gospel music to musical theater, contemporary Christian to barbershop, pop music to choral specialties, Voctave voices have covered it all, both in and out of the a cappella realm.

Annie Russell Theatre To Present Improvised Film Noir Show, PRIVATE LIES

Set in a murky crime-infused cityscape of Prohibition-era America, Private Lies is a fully improvised long-from theatre experience framed as a serialized detective series. The original production pits Richard Lies, an unlucky Private Eye, against a nefarious underworld in film noir-inspired episodes. In each fully improvised performance, our haunted gumshoe seeks to piece together a random assemblage of clues to solve the a?oecrime of the daya?? while witnesses, suspects, and criminals help and hinder his pursuit of justice.

Late Night Theatre Company presents MURDER AT THE VICTORIAN ESTATE!, a murder mystery and improvised comedy, in the Earle Ernst Lab Theatre on November 29-30 and December 1-2, 2018. The Thursday-Saturday performances begin at 9:30 pm with the Sunday "matin-eve" beginning at 7:30pm. Tickets range from $5-10 and are sold at the Kennedy Theatre Box Office one hour prior to the start of the performance.

Kathleen Capdesuner Named Third Directing Fellow at Roundabout
