More than opera - we perform a show tune or two, a popular song or two and of course, selected arias from well known operas. Our April 22nd show will have some popular songs from Broadway. The show may include hits from Cabaret, Les Mis, The Phantom, Show Boat and others. As always, it is Pay-What-You-Can and we provide free snacks at intermission. Raffles, door prizes, an air conditioned, very accessible theater and plenty of free parking. We are Family Friendly and children are encouraged. A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We are the resident opera company of Pinellas Park and perform at the Performing Arts Center, 4951 78th Ave North, Pinellas Park. Based on the literary classic, "The Things They Carried" is the powerful telling of Tim O’Brien’s personal journey from his innocent years in rural Minnesota to the jungles of Vietnam. A one-person tour-de-force, this play explores the lines between truth and reality as fact and fiction blur in this unforgettable soldier’s journey. "The Things They Carried," written by Tim O'Brien, dramatized by Jim Stowell, will play through April 22, 2018 in the Bowne's Lab Theatre.
