The Mac-Haydn Theatre (MHT), after a successful run of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, continues its 49th season with the 2004 musical comedy Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Based off of the 1988 movie of the same name, the 10-time Tony nominated musical by David Yazbek and Jeffrey Lane will be a MHT premiere.

Roundabout Theatre Company announced the full cast this July for the new Broadway production of Rupert Holmes' Tony Award-winning musical comedy The Mystery of Edwin Drood. Porchlight Music Theatre will present its 2010-2011 season finale, the beloved musical THE KING AND I, through June 5 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont, Chicago.

Eric Rosen and Matt Sax, creators of the Rep's hip hop sensation Clay, present their new musical, Venice, April 11-May 9 at Copaken Stage. Rosen, who is artistic director of Kansas City Rep, directs. Choreography is by John Carrafa (Tony Award nominations for Urinetown and Into the Woods) and Tanisha Scott (video choreography for Sean Paul, Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Rihanna and many additional recording artists).

Experience a timeless story of revolution and love when Pittsburgh CLO presents the smash-hit musical Les Misérables for the first time, July 7 through July 19 at the Benedum Center in the heart of Pittsburgh's Cultural District. Currently the longest-running musical in history, Les Misérables has been seen by more than 54 million people around the world.

Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) continues its 2008/2009 Season with the New York premiere of THE SAVANNAH DISPUTATION, a new play by Evan Smith (Psych and The Uneasy Chair at Playwrights Horizons, Remedial English for the Young Playwrights Festival at Playwrights Horizons, Servicemen at The New Group). This will be Mr. Smith's fourth collaboration with the theater company. Directed by Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie (Chicago, New Jerusalem), in his Playwrights Horizons debut, the production will began previews on Friday, February 6, 2009 with an Opening Night set for Tuesday, March 3 at 7PM. The limited engagement will run through Sunday, March 15 at Playwrights Horizons' Mainstage Theater (416 West 42nd Street).

Chichester Festivals' hit play 'The Last Confession' will transfer into the West End. The show will open at The Theatre Royal, Haymarket.
