The entire original cast of the New York City Center Encores! production of James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim’s revival of Into the Woods at the St. James Theatre will be extending for an additional two weeks through Sunday, September 4th. As previously announced, the production has been extended for an additional eight weeks.

Joining the cast of brand-new British musical, Millennials, from 9 August is Georgina Castle (Cinderella), Lucca Chadwick-Patel (Legally Blonde), Jarnéia Richard- Noel (SIX the Musical), Cleve September (Hamilton), Rhys Taylor (Book of Mormon) and Becca Wickes (Heathers the Musical).

Audiences can join Snow White and her posse of disenchanted princesses in “Disenchanted!” from Aug. 25–28 at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts.

After missing performances due to sickness, Sara Bareilles will be returning to Into the Woods! Into the Woods is directed by Lear deBessonet (in her Broadway debut), music direction by Rob Berman with The Encores! Orchestra, and choreography by Lorin Latarro. Into the Woods is dedicated to the memory of Stephen Sondheim.

Into the Woods, which was previously set to conclude its 8-week limited run on August 21, will extend an additional eight weeks through October 16, 2022 at the St. James Theatre.
