Stephen Schwartz has signed a worldwide publishing agreement with Warner/Chappell Music (WCM), the music publishing arm of Warner Music Group. The composer of hit musicals Godspell, Pippin, and Wicked, Schwartz is the recipient of three Academy Awards, four Grammy Awards, and the Isabelle Stevenson Tony Award.

ACT of Connecticut (A Contemporary Theatre) is excited to announce the cast for its brand new version of Stephen Schwartz's WORKING. Artistic Director Daniel C. Levine's reimagined, multimedia adaptation of the musical has performances from February 14 through March 10, 2019.

Led by the Master of Ceremonies (Totia Meireles), a theatrical troupe tells the story of Prince Pippin (Felipe de Carolis), son and heir to the throne of King Charlemagne (Jonas Bloch). In search of the meaning of his life, and to achieve an extraordinary existence, he follows the advice of his grandmother (Nicette Bruno) and stepmother Fastrada (Adriana Garambone), goes through battles, experience power, the simple life and love.

Working is returning! Carolee Carmello, Javier Munoz, Gerry Vichi, and Mary Callanan will perform in the 40th Anniversary concert of Working at Feinstein's/54 Below on Sunday, August 12th at 7:00pm and 9:30pm.

Casting is now complete for the Hollywood Bowl's upcoming production of Annie. The new cast members are Roger Bart as Daniel 'Rooster' Hannigan, Kaylin Hedges as Annie, Ali Stroker as 'Star-to-Be,' Amir Talai as Bert Healy, Marlow Barkley as Kate, Amadi Chapata as Pepper, Noe Lynds as July, Rae Martinez as Tessie, Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja as Molly, and Olivia Zenetzis as Duffy.

Tony and Oscar winner Tony Walton is directing a production of My Fair Lady in Edmond, Oklahoma. The set and costume designer sat down for an interview with NewsOK.com to talk about his experience thus far.

Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and Deaf West Theatre (DWT), the performing arts organizations behind the Tony Award-nominated and Ovation Award-winning revival of Spring Awakening, reunite to bring multiple Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo to life in an innovative and new production. Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo begins previews on March 7 and will open in the Lovelace Studio Theater at The Wallis on Friday, March 10. Tony Walton, who has designed sets and costumes for film, opera, ballet, and television but is perhaps best known for his extensive work in theatre, will appear live, onstage at Palm Beach Dramaworks today, January 3, to discuss his distinguished career with J. Barry Lewis as part of the popular series Dramalogue - Talking Theatre! The program will be presented twice, at 2pm and 7pm, at the Don & Ann Brown Theatre.
