The holiday season is not complete without the perfect music to accompany it. 'Broadway's Carols for a Cure' is the latest compilation album that embodies the spirit of the season like nothing else can. Leona Lewis will sing her final 'Memory' today, before her time with Cats becomes just that. After taking on the role of Grizabella after pop star Nicole Scherzinger decided to depart the revival in favor of being a judge on The X Factor, Lewis joined the production in time for the Broadway transfer, which opened July 31st. She will be succeeded in the role of The Glamour Cat by her understudy, Mamie Parris, who begins performances as Grizabella on October 17th.

On July 14, Leona Lewis, took over as Grizabella the Glamour Cat in the Great White Way's revival of the beloved Andrew Lloyd Webber musical Cats. The British star has played the classic character - and sung 'Memory' eight times a week - since opening night, July 31. Before her Broadway run comes to a close on Oct. 9, the singer shared an exclusive photo diary with People, chronicling one September day of her busy new life as a Broadway star.

Andrew Lloyd Webber's record-breaking Broadway musical, CATS will make history once again when internet sensation, Grumpy Cat becomes the first genuine feline to join the cast.

There were Grizabellas here, there, and everywhere last night at the Winter Garden Theatre, as current CATS star Leona Lewis, her upcoming replacement Mamie Parris, and original Broadway glamor cat Betty Buckley met up backstage. Producers The Shubert Organization and The Nederlander Organization announced today that Broadway veteran Mamie Parris will assume the iconic role of 'Grizabella the Glamour Cat' in the first-ever Broadway revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber's CATS.

According to her official Twitter page, CATS' current Grizabella, Leona Lewis, will depart the production on October 9th.
