For KIX, not recording any new music for two decades has been far too long. Fans have made it known for years that they want new music. And now, the time has finally come. The Maryland band is primed and ready to ROCK YOUR FACE OFF with their seventh new album set for release August 5 on Loud & Proud Records. It's everything fans know and love them for: a raucous, roaring and real display of rock 'n' roll. The first single, “Love Me With Your Top Down,” will be released to radio and online retail outlets later this month. Eddie Trunk will exclusively world premiere the song during his “Friday Night Rocks” radio show originating from Q104.3 (heard in New York City, Long Island, NJ and CT) this Friday, June 20 from 11pm-2am ET. It will then air via his numerous North American syndicated affiliates on Saturday, June 20 and he'll play it on Monday, June 23 during his “Trunk Nation with Eddie Trunk” show that airs on SiriusXM's “Hair Nation” channel (39) at 3pm PT/6pm ET.

These shows take place under the Hangar Tent, which is transformed into a unique performance venue for each Wedge show. Performances begin 15 minutes after the scheduled Mainstage performances tonight, June 19, and June 20, as well as July 3, 4, 17, 18, 24, and 25. Wedge performances are open to all ages; however they may contain mature language and situations that may not be suitable for all children.
Tony winner Karen Olivo, who announced last spring that she'd be leaving New York City behind for a quieter life in Wisconsin, will return to the stage in this production. Today we are talking to a legendary leading lady famous for a few of the most iconic roles in some of the most memorable musicals of the 1980s and 1990s as well as a versatile vocalist and concert performer set to make her cabaret debut later this month - the ingratiating and amusing Randy Graff. Looking back at originating the role of Fantine in the original Broadway production of mega-hit mega musical LES MISERABLES and singing the unforgettable 'I Dreamed A Dream' eight times a week (and on the best-selling cast recording) as well as recounting her Tony Award-winning work in the endlessly entertaining Cy Coleman/David Zippel musical comedy CITY OF ANGELS, Graff share stories from behind the scenes and gives us a rare look at theatrical history in the making and her elemental role in both productions. He is continually proving to be a force in the Houston area that is turning heads and doing a lot of big things. To list a few of his credentials, he is a writer, artistic director and founder of Eklektix Theatre Company, and the founder of The Wilson School of Acting & Musical Theatre. The festival begins on FEARnet today, October 14th and moves to EPIX on Thursday, October 17th with a special presentation of the original Carrie (1976) starring Sissy Spacek on the eve of the latest film adaptation of the Stephen King novel, starring Chlo?
