THE 39 STEPS will preview on Thursday, September 21 at 8pm and will open Today, September 22 at 8pm and run through Sunday, October 29 at the Actors Co-op Crossley Theatre, 1760 N. The Colorado Springs Chorale proudly announces its 31st annual Deck the Hall concert at Pikes Peak Center on Friday evening, December 8, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. The event features the Colorado Springs Chorale with a guest instrumental ensemble, and it will feature the Summit Ensemble and Pikes Peak Singers of the Colorado Springs Children's Chorale directed by Kimberley Schultz and Victoria Lipscomb respectively. Also, KCME and Jazz 93.5 FM radio personality Jana Lee Ross will read an excerpt from the beloved classic The Wind in the Willows, and large projections of illustrations by local artist/illustrator Michael Hague. Director of Nuffield Southampton Theatres, Samuel Hodges, today announces the full cast for the company's inaugural production at NST City the world premi re of Howard Brenton's The Shadow Factory, which Hodges directs. Veteran of stage and screen Anita Dobson joins the cast as Lady Cooper/Ma (Wicked, Apollo Victoria Theatre; The Merry Wives of Windsor, RSC; Frozen, National Theatre) along with Shala Nyx who plays Polly. Dobson, known for playing the iconic role of Angie Watts in EastEnders, and Nyx join David Birrell (Fred/Hugh), Catherine Cusack (Lil/Sylvia), Lorna Fitzgerald (Jackie Dimmock), Hilton McRae (Lord Beaverbrook) and Daniel York (Len Gooch) to complete the company.
