Presented over two programs and seven performances, the engagement presents familiar and new choreographers to D.C. audiences whose critically acclaimed new work displays the company's remarkable depth of artistry. The Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra will accompany the performances.

SHOWTIME has unveiled the official trailer for its new comedy series BLACK MONDAY on the 31st anniversary of the worst stock market crash in the history of Wall Street, dubbed "Black Monday." The series stars and is executive produced by Emmy® nominated and Golden Globe winning actor Don Cheadle and stars two-time Tony Award nominee and Grammy® winner Andrew Rannells (Girls) and Regina Hall (Girls Trip). Paul Scheer (The League) also stars. BLACK MONDAY was created by David Caspe (Happy Endings) and Jordan Cahan (My Best Friend's Girl), who will serve as executive producers and showrunners. MTV today revealed it will join forces with award-winning activist and humanitarian Eddie Ndopu to follow his monumental voyage as the first physically disabled person to travel into space. Ndopu is leading a groundbreaking campaign to deliver a powerful message to the UN General Assembly on behalf of young people everywhere who have ever felt excluded by society. The announcement was made ahead of International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd. The untitled project will begin production in 2019.

In the summer of 1993 renowned composer and jazz pianist Roy Budd's score for Rupert Julian's classic 1920s silent film The Phantom of the Opera was to set be performed in London. Then he had a brain haemorrhage. Nearly a quarter of a century later his widow, Sylvia, fulfilled his dream and Budd's masterpiece score to the 1925 Phantom of the Opera was performed at the London Coliseum on 08 October 2017, featuring the 77-piece orchestra. The performance received a resoundingly positive response from critics and audience alike.

San Francisco Ballet (SF Ballet) is presented by The Royal Danish Ballet at The Royal Danish Opera House in Copenhagen, Denmark, October 30-November 2, 2019, with four performances of Artistic Director and Principal Choreographer Helgi Tomasson's Romeo & Juliet, set to Sergei Prokofiev's lush and evocative score of the same name. The tour marks the Company's first appearance at The Royal Danish Opera House, which was designed by Danish architect Henning Larsen and publicly inaugurated in 2005.

TimeLine Theatre Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of property located at 5033-5035 North Broadway Avenue in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood.
