Philadelphia Theatre Company kicks off the new year with the inspiring and warm-hearted Having Our Say, The Delany Sisters' First 100 Years by Emily Mann, adapted from the book by Miss Sarah ("Sadie") L. According to People, Cecilia Hart, who last appeared on Broadway in the 1984 revival of Design for Living, has passed away after a battle with ovarian cancer. The actress had been married to star of stage and screen, James Earl Jones, since 1982. That same year, the couple played opposite one another on Broadway in a revival of Othello.

The Public Theater has announced a final extension today for the first major New York revival of PLENTY, written by David Hare. Directed by five-time Tony Award nominee David Leveaux, the show began performances on Tuesday, November 4 and was originally extended through Sunday, November 20. It will now run through Thursday, December 1, with an official press opening Sunday, October 23.
