Segerstrom Center for the Arts' Fiesta Navidad, one of Orange County's most popular and anticipated holiday celebrations, returns to the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall on Thursday, December 19 at 8:00 p.m. This joyful family concert features the renowned Grammy Award-winning Mariachi Los Camperos and dance group Chiquina Palafox.
In October 2019, Grammy-nominated saxophonist Dave Koz released his new holiday album, Gifts of the Season. In the 11-track collection, Koz takes a very different stylistic approach, bringing a buoyant, soul/funk/pop feel to Christmas classics across different eras, and shedding new light on their rich musicality and lyrical depth. The accompanying 22nd annual Dave Koz & Friends Christmas Tour will feature Jonathan Butler, Melissa Manchester, Michael Lington, and special guest Chris Walker, all of which appear on the new album. Butler and Lington have also released new Christmas albums this fall, so in a first for the tour, the show will feature material from three brand new holiday albums.

Boston Baroque rings in the holiday season with two December programs that have become beloved holiday traditions for so many: Handel's Messiah and our New Year's Celebration concerts. This year's Messiah will take place on December 6th and 7th at 7:30pm at New England Conservatory's Jordan Hall. The New Year's Celebration concerts will be on Tuesday, December 31st at 8pm and Wednesday, January 1st at 3pm at Sanders Theatre at Harvard University.

The Chicago premiere of School Girls; Or, the African Mean Girls Play by Jocelyn Bioh, directed by Lili-Anne Brown, originally scheduled for the Owen Theatre, will move into the 856-seat Albert Theatre; the Falls-directed major revival of Molly Sweeney by Brian Friel, originally scheduled for the Albert Theatre, will move into the 350-seat flexible Owen Theatre.
