 The Actors Fund has announced that several exciting stars of stage and screen have joined the line-up of presenters and performers for the 19th Annual Tony Awards Viewing Party on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the Skirball Cultural Center's Ahmanson Ballroom in Los Angeles.  Among the celebrities scheduled to participate in performances, tributes and presentations are Ashley Argota (ABC Family's “The Fosters”), Miles Brown (ABC's “Black-ish”), Sebastian La Cause ('Orange Is The New Black,' Broadway's 'Chicago' and “The Rocky Horror Show”) and Calum Worthy (Disney Channel's “Austin & Ally”).

Twelfth Night's Tim Carroll wins 2014 Tony Award for Best Direction of a Play. Carroll began his career with the English Shakespeare Company, for whom he directed Julius Caesar, Cymbeline and The Tempest. He then directed several productions as Associate Director at the Northcott Theatre, Exeter, including Charley's Aunt and Forty Years On. Other regional theatre includes Someone Who'll Watch Over Me for Salisbury Playhouse and Engaged for the Orange Tree, Richmond.

Written by Terence Rattigan and directed by Lindsay Posner, the show began preview performances on September 20 and opens officially this Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd Street). Broadway's new musical CHAPLIN started previews this week and opens September 10 at the Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street). CHAPLIN is a new musical depicting the life of film icon Charlie Chaplin, with music and lyrics by Christopher Curtis and book by three-time Tony Award-winner Thomas Meehan (Annie, The Producers, Hairspray) and Christopher Curtis. Eminent British actor Richard O'Callaghan will replace Brian Bedford as Pope John Paul I in “The Last Confession,” a gripping new play of intrigue and mystery which begins previews on June 7 and opens in its United States premiere at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre on June 11, 2014. Bedford, who was previously announced for the role has withdrawn from the production due to illness.
