The very best in Broadway, jazz and rock in three very unique cabaret-style shows will debut this August in Somerset County at the Sieminski Theater. 

NiCori Studios & Productions announces a new installment of the monthly concert series, 'Music at the Mansiona??, on Sunday, September 29, at 3pm at the Oakeside Bloomfield Cultural Center in Bloomfield, NJ. Performers include Jimmy Horan, Lisa Viggiano and Stearns Matthews . The Young Musician Moment will be Grace Carlin.

Riverside Theatre, led by Producing Artistic Director/CEO Allen D. Cornell and Managing Director/COO Jon R. Moses along with Riverside Theatre's Patron Producers Group, presents Joe DiPietro's romantic comedy, The Last Romance performing on the Stark Stage from February 5-24, 2019.

The stars turned out to lend a hand to the event, founded by Peters and and Mary Tyler Moore, and to introduce the crowd to some furry new friends for the taking. The 19th annual Broadway Barks, the star-studded dog and cat adoption event benefiting New York City animal shelters and adoption agencies, will feature celebrities from the hottest shows currently on Broadway. Today's event, produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, will take place in Shubert Alley (located between 44th and 45th Streets, between Broadway and Eighth Avenues). Festivities begin at 3 p.m.; celebrity presentations of adoptable pets take place between 5-6:30 p.m. The rain or shine event is free and open to the public.

Bernadette Peters and Broadway Barks have established the annual Mary Tyler Moore Award, which will be given out each year at the event to an individual or group who has changed the lives of homeless animals in a way that encourages others to do the same.

Lyricist/librettist, Michael Colby, author of the memoir,  'The Algonquin Kid-Adventures Growing Up at New York's Legendary Hotel," celebrated his 65th Birthday on Sunday, Oct. 30th with a fundraiser/musical event for Child Find of America. 'Quel Fromage II'  featured performers from Broadway and cabaret, including members of TADA! Youth Theater, who gave a 90 minute concert at TRIAD on the upper west side, singing songs from Colby's musicals. Scroll down for photos from the event!

Last Friday, at a restaurant in downtown Dallas, the cast of Broadway's newest hit musical, MOONSHINE: THAT HEE HAW MUSICAL, celebrated their crowd-pleasing opening night amidst cocktails and cheers. Except it wasn't the celebration of their Broadway opening night they were celebrating: it was a party celebrating the press opening of Dallas Theatre Center's exciting new local production, currently being produced in hopes of soon landing on the Great White Way. Still, with the amount of talent on stage, and the brilliant writing, staging, costumes, set design, etc., this production felt a lot more 'Big Apple' than 'Big D.'

Dallas Theater Center announced today complete details for the world premiere of MOONSHINE: That Hee Haw Musical, a new musical comedy with music and lyrics by award-winning songwriters Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally and a book by Robert Horn. MOONSHINE: That Hee Haw Musical begins previews on Wednesday, September 2 and runs through October 11, with press opening on Friday, September 18. The Broadway at Birdland Concert Series is proud to announce that Stephen Cole and David Evans musical fable, Merman's Apprentice, will appear at the historic Birdland stage for a sold-out performance tonight, June 15 at 7pm. Directed by Igor Goldin (Yank) the cast features (in alphabetical order) P.J. BEnjamin, Klea Blackhurst, Anita Gillette, Bill Nolte, and Elizabeth Teeter supported by a six-piece band with orchestrations by Lynn Shankel.
