A monthly series of short plays telling the stories that make Pittsburgh unique, online and in person

MYTHBURGH finds myth and inspiration in the creepy, epic, weird, and truly Pittsburgh stories, told by Pittsburghers and adapted by local playwrights into short plays and digital content. Featuring a recurring cast of characters with their own online lives and a site-specific location, Mythburgh will push the limits of live theatre and engage audiences online and in person.

The next installment of Mythburgh will be April 22nd at 8 pm. Performance at Brillobox, 4104 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224. Mythburgh tickets are always Name Your Own Price.

12 Peers Theater's Eighth Season Looks Back As It Looks Forward

12 Peers Theater announces their eighth season featuring the return of Mythburgh, a site-specific performance and storytelling series, and two local premieres, Blank and Everybody. Blank is a performance piece by Nassim Soleimanpour, the mastermind behind 2016's White Rabbit Red Rabbit. Everybody is a 2018 Pulitzer Prize finalist by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins that remixes the classic Everyman for a modern audience. The play features a rotating cast of performers, ensuring no two performances are the same.
