A talented cast of twelve actors will tell the Tony Award-winning story of Miguel de Cervantes, an aging failure as a playwright and poet, who has been thrown into a dungeon, in Seville, to await trial by the Spanish Inquisition for an offense against the Church. There, he is dragged before a mock trial of his fellow prisoners, who plan to confiscate his few possessions - including his uncompleted manuscript of a novel, Don Quixote.
