Comedian and Triple M Brisbane Breakfast Co-Host Nick Cody Brings OLD MATE to Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth

The eternally endearing bloke that is NICK CODY is propping up the proverbial bar again in 2019 with a spin around the country with his festival show, OLD MATE.

Everyone's favourite self-confessed loose unit returns a year older, but not a year wiser. Taking an all-new hour of world-class stand up on the road, Cody performed OLD MATE on the comedy festival circuit from March to May, and is now performing encore shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.

Old Mate is Nick Cody's 11th solo show. In it, Nick was told that once he became a father, everything would change. Nope. Beer is still delicious and he is still a dickhead.

The glorious red-bearded new Dad has had a hectic few years selling out shows and over-achieving his way around the globe, all the while becoming a regular fixture on TV and radio at home in Australia.

Cody joined Triple M Brisbane's The Big Breakfast in 2019. He's also currently being seen on the small-screen as the co-host of Nine's 20 to One program with Erin Molan.

In 2018 he made his feature film debut in hit Aussie flick, The Merger, and his stand-up special What Of It? aired on ABC in 2017. He has also been lucky enough to perform on Conan O'Brien's US late night show Conan.

In a stroke of marketing genius, Cody became the face of Carlton Dry beer in 2017. He's performed consecutive years on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow and Melbourne International Comedy Festival's Oxfam Gala, and prior to joining Triple M Brisbane, Nick's radio credits were extensive, including Nova 100's Chrissie, Sam & Browny in Melbourne, and Triple M's National Drive show, Kennedy Molloy.

Don't miss the ginger beard in 2019 (parenting advice is free, but ill-advised).
