Earlier this week, The Actors Fund in association with Universal Theatrical Group and Margaret Styne presented a one-night only concert of the holiday classic Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol. The evening was directed by Carl Andress with choreography by Nathan Peck, based on original choreography by Marcos Santana. Grammy Award® and Emmy Award®-winner John McDaniel wrote new orchestrations for the score and served at the evening's music director, conducting a 28 piece on stage orchestra.

Marietta's New Theatre in the Square is bringing the holiday favorite Christmas character Ebenezer Scrooge to life in a classical way this season. From December 8-24, the theatre company will present 'A Christmas Carol' under the writing and direction of N.L. Starr.

Dumplin' (Danielle Macdonald) is the plus-size, teenage daughter of a former beauty queen (Jennifer Aniston), who signs up for her mom's pageant as a protest that escalates when other contestants follow her footsteps, revolutionizing the pageant and their small Texas town.
