Fuse, the national music television network of The Madison Square Garden Company, is bringing audiences a week of interviews and live performances with "Fuse Music Week: Live from Radio City Music Hall." Beginning on Friday, September 21, Fuse's newly created news division - Fuse News - will be stationed at Radio City Music Hall to capture exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes footage that will air on the linear network. In addition, Fuse's YouTube channel will feature live streams of some of today's hottest music acts. Artists involved in "Fuse Music Week: Live from Radio City Music Hall" include Bon Iver, Metric, Grizzly Bear, Gotye and more.
Universal Music Enterprises and Castle Face Records have joined forces for the release of the 45th Anniversary of The Velvet Underground & Nico with a tribute album featuring indie artists Ty Segall ('Femme Fatale'), Thee Oh Sees ('European Son'), White Fence ('Run Run Run), The Fresh and Onlys ('All Tomorrow's Parties') among others. Brian Eno famously said 'the album may not have sold many copies, but everyone who bought it formed a band.' This partnership between UMe and Castle Face Records is a true testament of the influence of The Velvet Underground.

The idea for the record came together during a conversation between Philip and his friend and new collaborator Beck. The pair recruited producer Hector Castillo (David Bowie, Bjork, Lou Reed) to help assemble a collection of remixes of Glass' works by a list of critically acclaimed artists including Beck himself, Tyondai Braxton, Amon Tobin, Cornelius, Johann Johannsson, Nosaj Thing, Memory Tapes, Silver Alert and many others.
