New York Theatre Barn will launch the 11th season of its Choreography Lab on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024 at 7PM ET.

HENRY & ME, a new tap dancing play honoring Tony Award winning legend Henry LeTang receives its next development step as part of Dance Lab NY's BeSpoke Lab. 

The North American touring cast is led by Naomi Rodgers (Frozen) and Zurin Villanueva (The Lion King, Mean Girls, Shuffle Along, The Book of Mormon) who will evenly share the role of Tina Turner, each playing four (of eight) performances a week.

Now at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa through July 23, 2023, the musical is mostly engaging and passionately performed. But a chaotic, sped-through first act only provides brief vignettes of a challenging life. The better second act focuses on Ms. Turner's comeback, concluding with a mini rock concert that made the visit worthwhile.

TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL will play the Connor Palace at Playhouse Square for 24 performances from April 25 to May 14 as part of the 2022-2023 KeyBank Broadway Series at Playhouse Square.

Twelve-time Tony Award nominated TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL will play eight performances from April 11 to April 16, 2023 at The Bushnell in Hartford. Tickets are on sale now.

Over the past several years, jukebox musicals have taken the “Great White Way...” by storm. TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL will play limited engagements at two venues in the San Francisco Bay Area—August 1–27, 2022 San Francisco’s Golden Gate Theatre, as part of BroadwaySF’s 2022/23 season and August 29–September 3, 2023 at San Jose’s Center for the Performing Arts, as part of Broadway San Jose’s 2022/23 season.

Hennepin Theatre Trust has announced that TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL will make its Minnesota debut for 16 performances from Wednesday, March 1 to Sunday, March 12, 2023 at the historic Orpheum Theatre (910 Hennepin Ave.) as part of the 2022-2023 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin season.
