The 26-member cast of A Wonderful World, A New Musical about the Life and Loves of Louis Armstrong began rehearsals last week in New York City. Check out photos from rehearsal here!

The new American comedy The Cottage opened on July 24, at the Hayes Theater. Written by Sandy Rustin and directed by Tony Award winner Jason Alexander (“Seinfeld”) making his Broadway directorial debut, The Cottage’s strictly limited engagement runs through October 29. THE LIGHTNING THIEF: THE PERCY JACKSON MUSICAL, an 'electrifying' (Newsday) musical adaption of the New York Times best-selling novel written by Rick Riordan, will launch its national tour in Chicago in January 2019 before heading across the country, with engagements announced in Seattle, Detroit, Charlotte, San Antonio and more. Additional tour cities and casting will be announced at a later date.

Producers, Theatreworks USA, Martian Entertainment, Greg Schaffert Productions and Lang Entertainment Group have partnered with The Road Company (trc.nyc) to bring Drama Desk Nominated Best Musical, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical around the country beginning fall of 2018.
