Celebrating its 58th season of bestowing awards of excellence in the field of theater, the Outer Critics Circle, is an association with members affiliated with more than ninety newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations, and theatre publications in America and abroad. The annual awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 22nd (4PM) at the legendary Sardi's Restaurant.
August: Osage County Announces Recoupment Of Investment

AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY is proud to announce its recoupment from its initial $2,560,000 investment. It is the first new play of the 2007-2008 season to do so. Tickets are now on sale through Sunday, September 28th at the Music Box Theatre.

The Steppenwolf Season opens with Kafka on the Shore, adapted for the stage and directed by ensemble member Frank Galati, based on the work by Haruki Murakami and featuring ensemble members Francis Guinan and Jon Hill. The season continues with The Seafarer by Conor McPherson, featuring ensemble member John Mahoney. Following is Art by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton. The fourth play is The Tempest by William Shakespeare, directed by ensemble member Tina Landau and featuring ensemble member Frank Galati. Closing the season is Up by Bridget Carpenter, directed by ensemble member Anna D. Shapiro.

'August: Osage County' will play its last performance at The Imperial Theatre on Sunday, April 20 at 3PM and will reopen at The Music Box Theatre on Tuesday, April 29 at 7:30PM. At the February 20 matinee, the play will celebrate its 100th performance on Broadway.
